SMS Broadcast allows businesses to send bulk messages via SMS using the sender ID of the company’s name, brand, or product, also known as SMS Masking. For instance, it can range from notifications or information, product promotions, to verification messages like SMS OTP (One Time Password) for SMS banking and other financial services.
Recipients receive SMS messages with a sender ID that matches the registered brand, company, or product name with five major operators in Indonesia. Specifically, the registration process takes 7 working days for Telkomsel, Indosat, XL-Axis, and Three, with no fees. Conversely, it takes 14 working days for Smartfren at a cost of IDR 100K per Sender ID.
